Libertalia
Buccaneer Celtic Folk Music
The Band

The pirate folk celtic music band Libertalia sings the golden age of buccaneering.
In the 17th century when european kingdoms were sharing gold and power, buccaneers founded the utopian and free city of Libertalia. In that city all the people were free and equal. Libertalia Band honors this epic story of freedom.
The band comes from Toulouse, South-West of France, and was created in 2006.
During each concert, the public is invited to dance to a high energy celtic music and to sing choruses on pirates' songs inspired by sea shanties.
An adventurous musical journey from celtic lands to Caribbean, arabian shores and Madagascar.
